We want you to love your Mialur purchase! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. All eligible items may be exchanged for a different size of the same product only.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 4 days of your item's arrival. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Conditions

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and preorder items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at shopmialur@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.

We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps.
